Gorgias is helpdesk software designed for customer service teams at eCommerce stores. In addition to the traditional features found in helpdesk software, like providing a unified platform to manage all your support channels, Gorgias offers features specific to eCommerce. These include importing order data onto a customer’s conversation history and reports that measure the impact your service team has on sales.
Now that Gorgias is connected to Mesa, Shopify workflows can be started whenever a new user or ticket is created in Gorgias. For example, you can now update a customer in Shopify when a helpdesk ticket is opened in their name.
You can also use Mesa to create users, jobs, tickets and satisfaction surveys within Gorgias. This allows for new experiences like sending satisfaction surveys after an item is returned, or updating helpdesk tickets when a customer completes their order.
