In this workflow template, we pull in gift card balances over the API and save them into Data by MESA. This can be useful for several different use cases. One that we’ll be focusing on in an upcoming blog post is to trigger a weekly Klaviyo flow to send emails to customers about their gift card balances.
Note that in order to use the gift card APIs, you will need to let us know to request permission from Shopify manually on behalf of your Shopify account, once you have MESA installed. And then you will need to add the gift card permissions using this URL:
