FAQs
Will I get a text every time a low SKU sells another unit?
It can, since every stock change below the threshold passes the filter. To text only once, change the filter to check that the quantity just crossed your threshold, or check the sheet for the SKU before texting.
Can it alert more than one person?
Yes. Add another Send Message step for a second phone number, or swap the text for an email or Slack message.
Does it work with several locations?
Yes. The trigger runs per location, so each row records which location is low. Add a condition to the filter to watch only the locations you reorder for.
