How do I ship the order after reviewing it?

Open the order in Shopify and release the fulfillment hold. It goes back to your normal fulfillment queue, including any 3PL or fulfillment app.

Does a hold cancel or refund the order?

No. A hold only pauses fulfillment. The payment and order stay as they are until you release, cancel or refund it.

Will my 3PL see held orders?

Fulfillment services connected through Shopify don't receive a fulfillment order while it's on hold, so the order isn't picked or shipped.
