Generate Shopify Product Tags with AI

The workflow automatically activates when a new product is created in your Shopify store. It captures essential product information including the title, description, and product ID that will be used by the AI to generate relevant tags. No configuration is needed - the trigger connects directly to your store and monitors product creation events in real-time. Once a new product is detected, it immediately passes the product data to the next step for AI processing.

The AI analyzes your product's title and description to generate 2-3 comma-separated tags with no more than 2 words each. The AI prompt is pre-configured with specific instructions to format tags properly and focus on the most relevant product characteristics. The system uses a temperature setting of 1 for balanced creativity while maintaining consistency across tag generation. The AI processes both the product title and HTML description content to understand the product context and generate meaningful tags that help with product discovery and organization.

The workflow automatically adds the AI-generated tags to your newly created product in Shopify using the product ID captured in step 1. The tags generated by the AI are formatted as comma-separated values and applied to the product through Shopify's tagging system. This step ensures the tags become part of your product's metadata for filtering, search, and organization purposes. The action completes the workflow by making the AI recommendations immediately visible and functional in your Shopify admin and storefront.
