No, this workflow covers Etsy sales only. Pair it with the Update Etsy Listing Quantities When Shopify Inventory Changes template so Shopify sales and restocks reach Etsy too. With both on, Shopify is the source of truth for stock.
What happens if an Etsy item has no SKU or no matching Shopify SKU?
The filter skips line items without a SKU, and the Shopify lookup finds nothing when no variant has that SKU, so those items aren't adjusted. Add matching SKUs on both shops before turning this on.
How many MESA tasks does an order use?
About two per line item with a SKU (the variant lookup and the inventory adjustment) plus one to fetch the order's line items. Loop steps aren't billed as tasks.
