Untag Resolved Warranty Orders in Shopify From a Spreadsheet
Once your team tracks warranty claims in a Google Sheet, the warranty-claim tag on the Shopify order stays put long after the claim is settled, so your filtered order list fills up with closed cases. This workflow watches the claims sheet, and when a row's Status changes to Resolved it finds the Shopify order, removes the open claim tag and adds a resolved tag.

FAQs
Does this need the claim intake workflow?
No, but it pairs with it. Any claims sheet works as long as each row has the Shopify order number and a Status column your team updates.
What if a claim is denied instead of resolved?
Change the Filter to accept Resolved or Denied, or duplicate the workflow and add a warranty-denied tag for denied rows.
Will the customer tag be removed too?
Not by default, because a customer can have more than one open claim. Add Shopify's Customer Remove Tag action if each customer only ever has one.
