You'll select which Google Calendar to monitor from your connected calendars using the "Select Calendar" dropdown. The workflow checks for new events and captures meeting details like the meeting URL ({{googlecalendar.meetUrl}}) which gets passed to the recording step.

Recall's bot will join the meeting at the scheduled time, record the audio and video, and provide you with the recording file and transcript afterward. The bot appears as a participant named "MESA Recording Bot" in your meeting, so attendees know the session is being recorded.
