The workflow automatically retrieves your shop's domain name and other essential store details from Shopify. No configuration is required - the step runs automatically and passes your store information to the Discord message step.

Create Channel Message

Why this matters: This step sends a formatted notification to your Discord channel with the order number and a direct link to view the full order details in Shopify admin.

You'll need to configure your Discord Channel ID in the "What is your Discord's Channel ID?" field - find this by right-clicking your Discord channel and selecting "Copy ID" (you may need to enable Developer Mode in Discord settings first). The message automatically includes the order number and creates a clickable admin URL using your store domain from the previous step. The notification also enables text-to-speech so your team gets audio alerts for new orders.
