What happens if a customer places an order without any Infinite Options selections?
The trigger only fires when Infinite Options data is present in an order, so regular orders without customizations won't trigger this workflow at all. This keeps your order notes clean and only adds information when custom options are actually involved.
Will this overwrite existing order notes that I or my team have manually added?
No, the workflow uses the "append" setting, which means it adds the Infinite Options details to any notes that already exist on the order. Your manual notes stay intact, and the custom option details get added below them.
