Save Etsy Product Listings to Google Sheets

The trigger connects to your Etsy shop and checks hourly for newly created active listings. You'll need to select your Etsy shop from the dropdown menu or enter your Shop ID if your shop doesn't appear in the list. Your Shop ID is the unique number assigned to your Etsy store, which you can find in your shop's URL or Etsy seller dashboard. Once configured, this trigger runs automatically in the background and passes the new listing data to the next step.

The retrieve action automatically pulls comprehensive listing data including title, description, SKU, pricing, and listing ID from Etsy's database. This step uses the listing ID from the trigger to fetch the full product details that aren't available in the initial trigger event. The system handles this data retrieval automatically - no configuration needed from you. All retrieved information gets formatted and prepared for the Google Sheets step.

The Add Row action connects to Google Sheets and creates a new spreadsheet with your chosen name, then populates it with your new listing data. You'll specify what to name your spreadsheet in the "create_spreadsheet_name" field. The template includes five default columns: Listing ID, Listing Title, Description, SKU, and Price, though you can customize which columns to include during setup. Each time a new listing is created, a new row gets added automatically with the corresponding product information.
