Shopify's notification goes to staff accounts and uses one format for every order. This workflow can send to any address, like a supplier or shared inbox, include only the fields that team needs, and skip orders that don't concern them.
Can I send different orders to different people?
Yes. Copy the workflow once per team and give each copy its own filter and recipient, or replace the filter with a logic step that picks the address based on the order.
Will customers see this email?
No. It only goes to the addresses you enter in the email step. Customer order confirmations still come from Shopify as usual.
