Run once a day, for example at 7am, shortly after the partner usually uploads the day's report.

Read the rows from the day's CSV report on the FTP server, such as SKU, product name, quantity on hand, quantity shipped, and status.

What if the report is very large?

Very large files can exceed what fits in one ChatGPT request. Add a Filter step before ChatGPT to keep only the rows that matter, such as low stock or error statuses, and let ChatGPT summarize those.

Can I get the summary somewhere other than email?

Yes. Swap the Email step for Slack, Microsoft Teams, or an SMS step if your team would rather see it there.
