FAQs
Does the pin include the customer's name?
Only if you add it. The template uses the review text and rating, and you can add the reviewer's first name in the pin description if your review terms allow it.
Can I check pins before they go live?
Yes. Send the pin to a private board first, then move the ones you like to a public board in Pinterest.
What if the review has a customer photo?
Map the review's image URL to the pin image instead of the product photo when one is present. Customer photos often get more saves.
