The workflow checks your Shopify Partner account every 15 minutes for new uninstall events. This frequency ensures you get timely notifications without overwhelming the system, and you can't adjust this polling interval as it's optimized for Shopify's API limits.
What if I want to track data from multiple apps in the same spreadsheet?
You'll need to create separate workflows for each app since each workflow requires a unique App ID. However, you can point multiple workflows to the same Google Sheets spreadsheet by using identical spreadsheet names during setup.
Will this capture uninstalls that happened before I set up the workflow?
No, this workflow only captures uninstall events that occur after you activate it. It doesn't retrieve historical uninstall data from your Shopify Partner account, so start the workflow as soon as possible to avoid missing future uninstalls. If you need historical data records in your spreadsheet, you can run a Time Travel and target a broader date range to run a one-time workflow against.
