Send Shopify Order Upload Files to Dropbox

When a customer places an order with uploaded files (like custom designs, artwork, or documents), this trigger activates the workflow and collects all the upload data from that order. The trigger specifically looks for Uploadery upload fields, which means it will only fire when orders actually contain customer file uploads. It passes the file URLs and order information to the next steps for processing.

The Loop step takes the collection of uploaded files from the trigger and creates individual processing cycles for each file. If a customer uploads 3 files with their order, this step will run the subsequent Dropbox save action 3 separate times - once for each file. This prevents files from being skipped or overwritten and maintains the integrity of multi-file orders.

The Save File step connects to your Dropbox account and downloads each file using the URL provided by the loop. You'll need to configure your Dropbox connection and specify the file path where uploads should be stored (the default path uses the original filename). The step processes each file individually, maintaining the original file format and name while organizing them in your designated Dropbox folder structure.
