You'll need to configure which Slack channel receives the notifications by selecting from your available channels in the dropdown menu. Before you can see your channels, invite the MESA Slack app to your workspace by typing @MESA in any channel and clicking the Invite button. The message template is pre-configured to show the order number, customer name, and a detailed breakdown of each product with quantities, prices, and any custom properties like personalization details or special instructions.

Will private Slack channels appear in the channel selection?
Private channels may not show up in the dropdown until you manually invite the MESA Slack app to that specific channel. Type @MESA in the private channel and click Invite to make it available for selection.

Yes, the message template can be modified to include or exclude specific order details. You can add fields like shipping address, discount codes, or remove product properties if you prefer shorter notifications.
What happens if my Slack workspace gets disconnected?
The workflow will pause and you'll receive an email notification. Simply reconnect your Slack account in MESA's integrations settings and the workflow will resume sending notifications for new orders.
