How long does it take for the delivery event to appear in Klaviyo after an order is delivered?
The event typically appears in Klaviyo within 1-2 minutes of Wonderment detecting the delivery status change. However, delivery detection timing depends on when carriers update their tracking information, which can vary by carrier and location.
Can I customize what order information gets sent to Klaviyo beyond the default fields?
Yes, you can modify the Create Event step to include additional order properties like product names, order value, shipping address, or custom order tags from Shopify. Any data available in the retrieved order can be added as event properties.
What happens if Wonderment sends a delivery notification but the Shopify order can't be found?
If the Retrieve Order step fails to find a matching Shopify order, the workflow will stop and log an error. This typically happens if there's a mismatch between Wonderment's order ID and Shopify's order system, or if the order was deleted from Shopify.
