Continue only when the order's source is Shopify POS and the order total is above the amount you choose, for example $500. You can filter on total item quantity instead if large unit counts matter more than dollars.

Post to your store or operations channel with the POS location, the staff member if available, each line item with quantity and SKU, the order total, any order note, and a link to the order in Shopify admin.

FAQs

Will this fire for online orders too?

No. The filter keeps only orders whose source is Shopify POS. Remove that condition if you want large online orders in the same channel.

Can each store location post to its own channel?

Yes. Copy the workflow once per location, add the location to each copy's filter, and pick that store's Slack channel in the message step.

What counts as a large order?

You decide. Set the filter to an order total, a total quantity, or both, and change it any time without rebuilding the workflow.
