Where do customers find the claim form?

MESA hosts the form and gives you a link. Add it to your warranty policy page, order confirmation emails or help center.

What if the order number doesn't match an order?

The claim is still logged in the sheet. Add a Filter step before the order tag so the workflow only tags an order it found, and mark the row for review.

Can I see open claims in Shopify?

Yes. Filter orders or customers by the warranty-claim tag in Shopify admin to see every claim in one list.
