Add Shopify Orders to Google Calendar
Orders with a delivery date, pickup time or appointment are easy to lose track of when they live only in the Shopify admin. This workflow creates a Google Calendar event for each new order that carries a date, with the customer, items and order number in the event, so your team plans the day from one calendar.

FAQs
Where does the event date come from?
From whatever field your store saves the date in, usually an order note attribute from a delivery date app or a line item property from a booking form. You map that field to the event's start time.
What if the order has no date?
The filter step stops the workflow, so only orders that need scheduling end up on the calendar.
Can events go to different calendars?
Yes. Add a logic step that picks a calendar by shipping method, location or product, for example one calendar for deliveries and one for pickups.
