How it works

Follow these 2 simple steps to start syncing pages between your stores automatically

Page Studio Logo icon

Page Created

App connector: Page Studio • Time to complete: 0 minutes (Auto-configured)
Why this matters: This trigger monitors your source store and kicks off the workflow whenever someone creates a new Page Studio page, capturing all the page data needed for replication.

This step automatically activates when you publish the workflow and watches for new Page Studio pages in your source Shopify store. When a page gets created, it captures the page title, handle (URL slug), HTML content, author information, and publishing timestamps. No configuration is required - the trigger runs in the background and collects all essential page data to pass to the next step. You'll want to make sure you activate this template on the store where you create your original pages (your "master" store).

Create Page

App connector: Shopify • Time to complete: 2 minutes
Why this matters: This action takes the captured page data and creates an identical Page Studio page in your destination store, maintaining consistent branding and content across all your geographic locations.

This step creates a new Page Studio page in your destination Shopify store using the exact same content from your source store. You'll need to connect your destination store account and configure the Page Studio integration if it's not already set up. The action automatically maps the page title, handle, HTML body content, author, creation date, and publish date to maintain consistency. Your new page will appear in your destination store's Page Studio section with identical formatting and content as the original.

Frequently asked questions

Will this sync existing Page Studio pages or only new ones?
This workflow only syncs new pages created after you activate the template. If you want to copy existing pages, you'll need to duplicate and re-save them in your source store to trigger the workflow.
Can I sync pages to multiple destination stores at once?
Not with this single template, but you can install multiple copies of this workflow and configure each one to target a different destination store, allowing you to manage several regional stores from one master location.
What happens if the destination store already has a page with the same handle (URL)?
The workflow will encounter an error since Page Studio requires unique handles. Consider adding a prefix or suffix to the handle field in the Create Page step to avoid conflicts, such as adding the region code to make each URL unique.
