Does this include online orders?
Online orders don't belong to a POS location, so the workflow can list them as their own line, or leave them out, whichever you prefer.
Can I break sales down by product category too?
Yes. Group by each line item's product type as well as location in the logic step, and include the top categories in the message.
Can I get it daily instead of weekly?
Yes. Change the schedule to daily and pull yesterday's orders instead of last week's.
