Doesn't Katana already connect to Shopify?
Katana has its own Shopify integration. This workflow is for merchants who want control over which orders are sent, how they're numbered, or who sell from more than one store.
What if a SKU isn't in Katana?
Katana can't add a row for a SKU it doesn't know, so keep SKUs matching in both systems. You can add a filter to skip or flag orders with unknown SKUs.
Can Katana update Shopify when the order ships?
Yes, with a second workflow that starts from Katana's Sales Order Delivered trigger and fulfills the Shopify order.
