You'll select your Etsy shop from a dropdown menu or enter your shop ID if you can't find your shop listed. Once configured, this step runs continuously in the background and triggers the workflow whenever someone places an order. The customer data gets passed to the next steps for postcard personalization and addressing.

This step automatically retrieves your Shopify shop details including store name, business address, city, state, and zip code. No configuration is needed - it connects to your linked Shopify account and pulls the current shop information. The shop name gets inserted into the thank you message, while the business address becomes the return address printed on each postcard. This data flows directly into the postcard creation step.

This step generates a personalized thank you postcard using the customer details from Etsy and your shop information from Shopify. You'll configure the postcard size (standard options available), upload a front image URL for your postcard design, select a handwriting style for the message, and customize the thank you text. The default message thanks the customer by name, mentions your shop, and includes your business signature. The customer's shipping address from their Etsy order automatically populates the recipient fields, while your Shopify business address becomes the return address.
