Send New Airtable Records to Google Sheets
Teams that keep data in Airtable often still need it in Google Sheets for reports, sharing or formulas, and copying it over by hand falls behind fast. This workflow adds a Google Sheets row every time a record is created in an Airtable table, so the sheet stays in sync without exports.

FAQs
Does this copy records that already exist in Airtable?
No. It copies records created after the workflow is turned on. Export existing records to CSV once and paste them into the sheet to start.
What happens when an Airtable record is edited?
This workflow only adds new records. To keep edits in sync too, add a second workflow on Airtable's Record Updated trigger that updates the matching row by record ID.
Can I send data from Google Sheets to Airtable instead?
Yes. Reverse it: start from Google Sheets' Row Created trigger and finish with Airtable's Add Record action.
