Send Gmail Emails When a New Google Sheets Row is Added

This step watches your spreadsheet for new rows and captures the data from three key columns: "Recipient Email Address," "Subject," and "Email Body." You'll configure which specific spreadsheet and worksheet to monitor during setup. Once activated, MESA checks your sheet hourly for new entries and automatically starts the email process when it finds them. The data from each new row gets passed to the next step for validation.

The filter automatically checks that the recipient email address, subject line, and email body fields all contain content before proceeding. If any field is empty, the workflow stops here and won't send a potentially broken email. This step runs automatically using the data captured from the new spreadsheet row. Only complete rows with all three fields populated will pass through to trigger the actual email sending.

This step takes the recipient email, subject, and message content from your spreadsheet row and sends it through Gmail. You'll need to specify your "from" email address during setup - this should be the Gmail account you want emails to appear from. The step automatically formats and sends the email using Gmail's API, with the subject line and body text exactly as written in your spreadsheet. Once sent, the workflow completes and waits for the next new row to process.
