Does this send messages from my personal Discord account?

No. The message is posted by the MESA bot you add to your server. Discord's Community Guidelines forbid self-bots, meaning scripts that automate a personal user account, so a bot is the allowed way to auto-send messages.

Can I change how often the message is sent?

Yes. Edit the Schedule trigger to any interval, such as hourly, daily at a set time, or one day a week, and the workflow posts on that cadence.

Can I post the message in more than one channel?

Yes. Add another Create Channel Message step with a second channel ID, and each run posts to both channels.
