The workflow monitors all app relationship changes in your Partner account, including development and test stores. If you want to filter out test stores, you can add a condition step to check if the store domain contains common test indicators before sending the Slack notification.
How quickly will I receive notifications after an uninstall?
Notifications arrive within 15 minutes of an actual uninstall since the trigger polls Shopify's API every 15 minutes. The delay ensures you get reliable data but means very recent uninstalls might take a few minutes to surface.
What if the uninstall reason field is empty or generic?
Many stores don't provide specific uninstall reasons, so you might see generic responses like "No longer needed" or empty reason fields. The notification includes all available data from Shopify, but you can customize the message template to handle blank fields more gracefully or add follow-up workflows to gather more detailed feedback.
