Why does this run on a schedule instead of after each order?

The goal is one summary of the whole day, so the workflow waits until the day is over and reads all of its orders at once. If you want a text for every order instead, start from the Shopify Order Created trigger.

Can Gemini get the numbers wrong?

The prompt tells Gemini to use only the order data it receives, which keeps it close to the facts. For exact accounting figures, add a Loop Sum step to total the orders before Gemini and pass that number in, so Gemini only writes the words around it.

Can I send the summary to more than one person?

Yes. Add another SMS Send Message step with a second phone number, or swap the SMS step for Email to send the recap to a team inbox.
