Claude Explains Failed Printful Orders and Emails You the Fix

Run each time an order fails in Printful. The trigger provides the Printful order ID, the external store order number, the failure reason, the recipient and shipping address, and the line items.

Retrieve the full order by its Printful order ID to get every line item's variant, quantity, and print files, plus the shipping method and costs.

Send Claude the failure reason, the recipient address, and each line item's variant and print files. Ask it for a short explanation of what caused the failure, the single most likely fix (for example, correct the address, replace a low-resolution or missing print file, or pick an in-stock variant), and where in Printful to make that change. Tell it to say so plainly if the cause isn't clear from the data instead of guessing.

Email the store owner the store order number, a link to the order in Printful, the original failure reason, and Claude's explanation and suggested fix.
