Start whenever a new sales order is created in Odoo.

What happens if the customer isn't in Smile.io yet?

The filter step stops the workflow, so no points are created for an unknown customer. Smile.io adds customers when they join your rewards program in your store, and their later Odoo orders will earn points from then on.

Can I change how many points each order earns?

Yes. The points amount is a formula on the order total, so you can award 2 points per dollar, a flat bonus per order, or anything else your program uses.

Will online orders get points twice?

If your online store already awards Smile.io points and also syncs orders into Odoo, add a condition to the filter so only orders from Odoo sources like Point of Sale or manual sales get points here.
