What happens if a Salesforce lead doesn't have complete address information?
The workflow will still create the Shopify customer record with whatever contact details are available. Missing address fields will simply be left blank in the customer record, and you can update them manually later or through other workflows.
Can this workflow handle leads converted multiple times or prevent duplicate customers?
The workflow triggers on newly converted leads each hour, so the same lead won't be processed twice. However, if a customer with the same email already exists in Shopify, the API will return an error rather than creating a duplicate - you'll need to check your MESA logs to see these cases.
Will this sync historical converted leads or only new ones going forward?
This workflow only processes leads that get converted after you activate it. If you need to sync historical converted leads, you'll need to run a Time Travel to target a broader date range.
