Add a customer with a backorder tag to a Klaviyo email list
Sometimes a customer may purchase a product that is temporarily out of stock. When this issue arises, MESA can add a Shopify Customer that has a backorder tag to a Klaviyo email list, so you can notify them once you restock the item they want.
Here’s how it works:
- Step 1: When this happens
- A "backorder" tag is added to a Shopify Customer
- Step 2: Then do this
- Add the customer's email address to Klaviyo List
