Receive Email Notifications for New Shopify Draft Orders

This step automatically detects when any draft order gets created in your Shopify store and captures all the draft order details like customer information, line items, and order value. No configuration is needed - MESA connects directly to your Shopify store and listens for new draft orders in real-time. When triggered, it passes the draft order data (including the order ID and customer name) to the next step for processing.

This action automatically pulls your shop information from Shopify, including your store name and myshopify domain. The system uses this data to personalize the email notification with your actual shop name and create the correct admin URL link to view the draft order. No manual configuration is required - MESA retrieves this information directly from your connected Shopify store and makes it available for the email step.

You'll need to configure the recipient email address in the "to" field - enter the email where you want to receive draft order notifications. The email subject and message are pre-configured to include your shop name and draft order details, with a direct link to view the order in your Shopify admin panel. The system automatically pulls the shop name from the previous step and creates a clickable link using your store's domain and the specific draft order ID.
