Tagging Products As Out Of Stock Or Size Broken Based On Variant Stock Level Changes

In fashion, a product that has some sizes or other variants out of stock, it is sometimes referred to as having a broken size.
We had a request for workflows to tag products as either Out Of Stock or Size Broken depending on whether all or some of the variants are out of stock. And then to untag those same tags when variants come back into stock.
