Giving out a gift with purchase is a common way to incentivize sales. It’s also a good way to offload lower margin inventory. But what if you have a number of different items that would work as a free gift?
This workflow allows you to set up a list of free gift SKUs, and then dynamically check their inventory levels at the time the order is placed and pick the first in the list with available inventory to be added to the order as the free gift.
