Yes, through MESA MCP. MESA MCP lets an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT call your MESA workflows as tools. A workflow that starts from the Skill triggered event can call Skio's GraphQL API with an API step and your Skio API token, then return subscription data to the assistant. MESA's Skio connector itself only provides triggers, so that lookup goes through the API step.

What Skio events can start an AI workflow?

MESA's Skio triggers are Subscription Activated, Subscription Cancelled, Subscription Updated, Order Placed, Discount Code Applied and Product Updated. Any of them can pass the subscription details to an AI step that uses MESA's Prompt or Agent action.

Can AI write a win-back email when a Skio subscription is cancelled?

Yes. This template starts when a subscription is cancelled, has Claude read the cancellation reason and subscription details, and emails you a short win-back draft that answers that reason, ready to review and send.

Does the AI send emails to subscribers on its own?
