FAQs
Which list do the new cards go into?
Whichever list you choose when you set up the Create Card step, usually an intake or "New requests" list. From there the team drags cards through the board as usual.
What if the request type doesn't match any label?
The card is still created in the intake list, just without a label. Keep the form's request type as a multiple-choice question with the same names as your Trello labels to avoid mismatches.
Can I send different request types to different boards?
Yes. Add a filter on the request type answer before the Trello steps and use a separate Create Card step for each board.
