How do I know which plan is right for me?

Start with Basic if you want to automate one or two workflows. Most growing stores move to Flex or Pro once they see how much time automation saves. All plans include a free setup session so you can try before committing.

What happens after my 7-day trial?

Your saved payment method is charged on day 8 for the plan you chose at signup. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged. Everything you've built is always yours.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, anytime. Upgrade when you need more, downgrade if your needs change.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. MESA is built for non-technical teams. Use pre-built templates, describe what you want to MESA's AI assistant, or book a free setup session and we'll build it with you.

Can you build my workflow for me?

What counts as a "task," and how is that different from an "automation"?

A task is counted every time a step in your workflow actually runs — fetching an order, adding a tag, sending an email, and so on. Your plan's included task allowance is measured this way, not by how many workflows or automations you've built: one workflow can generate many tasks every time it runs. Loops and Paths are the only step types that don't count as a task. See Plans & Billing for the full breakdown.

Does using AI (like Claude or ChatGPT) in a workflow cost extra?

AI steps are available on every plan — there's no extra app fee. They do draw from your Premium task credits, the same pool shared with Email, SMS, Image, and Weather steps: Basic includes 50 Premium credits/month, Flex 500, Pro 1,500, and Unlimited 4,500. Once you use up that month's credits, each additional Premium task costs $0.02 until your plan resets or you upgrade. See Plans & Billing for details.

How much does it cost to connect Pro-tier apps like Odoo, Recharge, or Salesforce?

Pro-tier apps (Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, ChannelApe, Recharge, and Gorgias) are available starting on the Pro plan — there's no separate connector fee. Cost comes down to tasks: every trigger and action that fires counts as one task, so multiply the steps in your workflow by how often it runs each month, then compare that to your plan's included task allowance.
