ShipStation is cloud-based software intended to increase eCommerce merchants’ efficiency when it comes to processing, fulfilling, and shipping orders. ShipStation integrates with 70 selling outlets and provides real-time data analysis on your fulfillment process.
Now that ShipStation is connected to Mesa, you can trigger a workflow in Mesa when a customer, shipment, product or order is created. You can also trigger one when an order is shipped, updated, or when individual items within the order are shipped. For instance, when certain items are shipped, you can trigger an email notification to send from Klaviyo.
Mesa workflows can now run a number of actions within ShipStation, like holding, deleting, updating, creating, or adding a tag to an order. You can also add funds to a carrier account, mark and order as shipped or void a shipping label, among other things. For example, you can delete an order in ShipStation when it is archived in Shopify. Or you could automatically sync customer notes from ShipStation back to the customer’s Shopify profile.
