AI Reviews Summaries To Easily And Quickly Evaluate Shopify Apps

We put together a tool to make it easier for you to evaluate new Shopify apps. It works by pulling the reviews in from the Shopify app store and then using ChatGPT to summarize positive and negative feedback in a concise, bulleted format.

You can just copy and paste any app URL into this form. For example, https://apps.shopify.com/mesa.

It will take a few minutes to process, and then it will send you a link to the results.

How it works

This entire tool is built using MESA functionality. It uses a form builder to capture the app url, then it passes that off to a workflow that grabs all of the reviews with an API step and saves them to Data by MESA. It then calls a secondary workflow that grabs all of those reviews and passes them off to ChatGPT using system and user messages in the prompt we’ve designed. It then saves the results to another table in the Data by MESA datastore, and sends out an email with a link!

How do I use this?

Add MESA app. From the Shopify App Store, install MESA on your store. Start for free or enjoy a 7-day trial on any plan.
Import this download to My Workflows. Navigate to your automations then follow the prompt to import a workflow. Upload the downloaded ZIP file from this demo.
